Potomac Officers Club (POC), the leading membership organization dedicated to connecting and empowering executives within the government contracting (GovCon) community, hosted its CIO Forum 2021 on Wednesday, April 7th.
The CIO Forum showcased the most notable and significant leaders in our industry to discuss the latest priorities, initiatives and challenges CIOs will work to solve moving forward, and address the ways we can work together to build a culture of innovation together.
Juliane Gallina, CIO of the CIA and 2021 Wash100 Award recipient was featured as the opening keynote speaker at the forum. David Shive, CIO of the General Services Administration (GSA) and Mark Andress, CIO of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) also acted as keynote speakers during the forum.
POC’s second annual CIO Forum also featured two full expert panels to discuss the challenging modernization efforts being made across the federal agencies of the U.S. government as cloud, cybersecurity, information technology, data, artificial intelligence and machine learning have been top priorities for CIOs in order to maintain a competitive edge.
