ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) has secured a potential 37-month, $188.8 million grant to help the the Federal Emergency Management Agency review grant claims and formulate projects related to disaster recovery efforts in Puerto Rico.
The company said Friday in a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission it will provide assistance to help Puerto Rico’s government recover from Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
The agreement has a base period of three weeks and three option years.
ICF could perform work through June 30, 2021, if all options are exercised.
