According to the notice posted on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System Friday, the Non-Strategic Sourcing Vehicle Multiple Award Contract covers management, transportation and escort services to securely move non-U.S. citizen detainees within the San Francisco Field Office’s area of responsibility, under the ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations division.
Under the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the contractor will provide patrol services, armed detention officers, courtroom security and medical escorts, ensuring the security, control and well-being of detainees. It will also be responsible for the detainees’ belongings. These uniformed security staff and patrol services will be made available around the clock, every day of the year.
Non-citizens will be picked up and safely transported to and from various locations as detailed by the contracting officer’s representative. This includes processing centers, detention facilities, ports of entry and exit, release locations, airports, jails, prisons, courthouses, juvenile centers, points of apprehension and hospitals.
The contractor will utilize either their own or government-owned vehicles provided by ICE/ERO.
Work for the contract, expected to be completed by Sept. 14, 2030, will be performed in various cities in California and Hawaii, NA.
