A partnership between Deloitte and Irving Burton Associates has received a four-year, $101M contract to help the Defense Health Agency manage operational efficiency during the transition to a new electronic health records system for military service members, veterans and their families.
IBA said it will support the solution delivery division under DHA’s deputy assistant director for information operations in efforts to manage configuration, requirements and procurement functions related to the Military Health System’s Genesis platform.
Contract work also covers engineering, testing, defense medical logistics and Agile/DevOps services.
According to IBA, the recent award builds on the company’s more than two decades of experience providing support to SDD as well as prior DAD/IO J-6 components.
“This contract has been a long time in the making, and we are excited about the opportunity it presents for the company,” said IBA President Mary Dowdall.
Falls Church, Va.-based IBA is a woman-owned company that supports federal customers in the information technology, business operations, research and engineering areas.
