Work under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command will include facility maintenance, ground landscaping and utility management on Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The company will also help the service branch manage family housing, waste and support equipment and vehicles at the base.
NAVFAC received two proposals for the contract, which includes four option years, and will obligate $28.2 million for recurring work on individual task orders.
Tasks during the base performance period will be financed using fiscal 2022 funds of the Navy, the Army, the defense health program and defense agencies.
