Ashutosh Gokhale, a 14-year Maximus (NYSE: MMS) veteran, will formally join the technical solutions division at Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) on July 9 to succeed Billy Jahn as chief financial officer and vice president for business management.
Gokhale will work in HII’s Fairfax, Virginia, offices to oversee financial and business management functions within the division, led by Andy Green, the company said Tuesday.
He most recently served as a senior VP and CFO of Maximus’ federal services business, which saw its revenue increase from $300 million to $1.6 billion and pursued four acquisitions deals during his six-year tenure in that unit.
His career also included prior financial planning roles at Emcor Facilities Services and at US Airways.
