The Department of Health and Human Services has issued a solicitation for a potential five-year, $347M follow-on contract for authentication and identity management services to help federal employees and contractors comply with the cybersecurity requirements in the Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.
The HSPD-12 Identity, Credential and Access Management Systems Integration Support multiple-award contract has two domains.
The first domain focuses on core services and has a ceiling of approximately $270M, while the second domain is worth up to $77M and covers ancillary services.
HSPD-12 ICAM SiS has nine service areas including credential management services; identity management support; logical access management services; public key infrastructure services; and ICAM consulting services.
HHS will accept responses to the solicitation through May 15 and plans to award the contract July 12, according to the report.
