Dallara brings nearly 20 years of experience in contracts leadership and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic merger and acquisition initiatives, growth strategies and business transformation efforts, Integral Federal said Wednesday.
In her previous role at Amentum, Dallara oversaw contracts supporting the departments of Defense, State and Homeland Security and other federal agencies.
Dallara spent more than a decade at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology segment, where she served as vice president of contracts for the defense sector.
She also led contract management initiatives at the former L3 Technologies and Harris companies.
Wayne Wilkinson, president and CEO of Integral Federal, said Dallara’s experience will help propel the company “into the middle market as a premier national security services provider.”
