Guidehouse and ReefPoint Group have created a joint venture that aims to help federal civilian, defense and commercial clients transform health care delivery with the use of information technology.
Taurian Consulting emerged from a partnership between the two companies under the Small Business Administration’s mentor-protege program and will operate as a service-disabled veteran-owned entity, Guidehouse said Tuesday.
The JV seeks to build a portfolio that could support health IT, clinical management, supply chain optimization and data analytics requirements in the government sector.
Scott McIntyre, CEO of Guidehouse and 2021 Wash100 Award recipient, said the partnership will work to create value for joint government health care customers.
“I look forward to tackling challenges together and working with clients to shape their futures,” McIntyre added.
Peter Anthony, president of ReefPoint Group, will be managing director of the newly formed company.
