Ron White Joins Guidehouse as CIO

Guidehouse has appointed Ron White, a leader in enterprise technology and digital transformation, as its chief information officer

The professional services firm said Thursday the appointment comes as it expands its investment in artificial intelligence to empower its workforce and drive measurable outcomes for customers.

Driving AI-Led Transformation & Innovation

White brings over 35 years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation and data strategy to the position.

In his role as CIO, White will oversee internal IT operations, business applications and agentic portfolios, cybersecurity and cloud-first initiatives while driving partnerships across Guidehouse to deliver scalable innovation. 

He will play a central role in advancing the firm’s AI-led delivery model by integrating governed data, purpose-built platforms and sector-specific playbooks. His leadership is expected to accelerate digital enablement, streamline processes and drive performance across the organization.

Who Is Ron White?

White has held global CIO and executive leadership roles across industries. He has led large-scale system deployments, built analytics capabilities and integrated AI and agentic technologies into enterprise operations.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he spent nine years at Avanade, where he served as global CIO. He previously served as vice president and chief process improvement officer at O-I and spent nearly two decades at Accenture.

White started his career in consulting, advancing to partner while helping build a managed services business centered on digital enablement and operational efficiency.

The Miami University graduate is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
