Trane U.S., an Ingersoll Rand subsidiary, has received a potential $114 million contract from the General Services Administration to provide energy conservation support and implement related measures at 10 federal facilities in New York.
GSA said Monday Trane U.S. will perform building automation system updates and mechanical replacements at several courthouses and federal buildings in Brooklyn, Manhattan and White Plains in New York under the Energy Savings Performance Contract.
Denise Pease, regional administrator for the Northeast and Caribbean region at GSA, said the ESPC contract aims to reflect the agencys efforts to reduce carbon emissions and commitment to energy conservation.
The federal buildings covered under the ESPC contract are:
