The General Services Administration has finalized its small business strategy for a new multiagency contract that federal agencies can use to procure services.
GSA’s office of professional services and human capital intends to issue solicitations and award six separate indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts through the Services Multi-Agency Contract program, the agency said Monday.
The agency plans to designate the IDIQ contracts under six categories: 8(a) small business; HUBZone small business; service-disabled veteran-owned small business; total small business; unrestricted; and woman-owned small business.
GSA said the small business procurement strategy does not impact the Services MAC vehicle’s overall structure and the PSHC office will provide another update on the program’s proposed evaluation criteria in March.
The Services MAC program is expected to serve as a follow-on to GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract, which is set to expire in 2024.
