Tina Dolph, former president of ASRC Federal‘s information and technical solutions group and a 25-year government services veteran, has been named executive vice president and general manager of State Department programs at FCi Federal.
FCi said Tuesday she will also explore potential market opportunities for the Ashburn, Virginia-based operations management and professional services contractor in her new position.
