Godspeed did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction and the company said Thursday ESS holds 25 years of IT integration experience within the intelligence community.
Linthicum Heights, Maryland-based ESS has helped government clients design, build and implement cyber protection tools in various technology areas such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and cloud computing.
Evergreen Advisors represented the acquired business on the transaction.
The acquisition comes nearly one month after Godspeed announced its investment in cybersecurity and intelligence services provider Varen Technologies.
