As president and chief executive, Schuhmacher will have operations oversight and drive Sincerus’ continuous delivery of international security assistance and security sector reform services to government agencies and global organizations, the company said Wednesday.
He has over three decades of federal service industry experience, including time serving at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) as vice president of justice and overseas programs and holding senior-level positions at Engility and DynCorp International.
Prior to his promotion, Schuhmacher held the chief operating officer role while Smeraglinolo served as Sincerus’ chairman and CEO. “Having Tony remain active with Sincerus as executive chairman allows us to focus on strategic initiatives propelling growth,” commented Schuhmacher.
