Georgia Tech Research Institute has landed a $84.5 million sole-source contract from the U.S. Navy to conduct research as a Defense Department university affiliated research center.
DoD said Thursday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract requires studies on command, control, communications, computers, intelligence and cyberspace technology.
The department noted work will occur in San Diego, California, and Atlanta, Georgia, through Feb. 28, 2021.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in San Diego is the contracting activity.
