General Dynamics Information Technology will also provide its Customer Experience Platform as well as train staff and integrate systems for the CQA contact center, the company said Friday.
Marcus Collier, senior vice president for GDIT’s health and civilian solutions division, said the business aims to help the bureau prepare for the next decennial count through the contract.
The unit also provided data capture management and citizen contact operations services in support of the bureau’s decennial census in 2010.
During that time, GDIT worked to process more than 75 million survey forms and managed more than 11.5 million citizen contacts, General Dynamics noted.
