General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business has won a potential three-year, $201M task order from the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide DevOps support services to help develop, customize and improve applications across the VA enterprise using Microsoft Dynamics 365 software, G2Xchange Health reported Wednesday.
VA received five bids for the Government Microsoft D365 DevOps program and awarded the task order through the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract.
General Dynamics Information Technology will also provide product and delivery management, software development, systems architecture, user research, information architecture, integration support, user experience strategy and data analytics support to help update existing D365 applications.
A request for information published in March says the D365 program seeks to support several VA applications, including the Veterans Experience Integration Solution and the Customer Relationship Management/Unified Desktop Optimization.
