General Dynamics Gets $125M Contract Modification for US, Foreign Military Bomb Components

A General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) business unit has received a $125M contract modification from the U.S. Army to supply general purpose and tritonal bomb components to domestic and foreign military sales clients.

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems will supply hardware for MK80 and BLU-109 bombs under the modification that includes purchases from Iraq, Bahrain and Singapore, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

GD-OTS is expected to complete deliveries by Oct. 31, 2023.

The Army ordered bomb hardware from the company in late 2018 through a potential $264.8M contract.
