General Electric‘s (NYSE: GE) medical information technology business has won a potential 10-year, $450M contract to supply patient monitoring systems to U.S. military branches and federal agencies.
The company will also deliver related medical accessories and provide training services under the indefinitedelivery/indefinitequantity contract from the Defense Logistics Agency, the Department of Defense said Friday.
DoD noted the base performance period will run through Jan. 10, 2024, and work may extend for an additional five years if the option is exercised.
Thirty-six responses were submitted to the agency via a competitive solicitation for the IDIQ.
