Internicola announced his new role at the General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) subsidiary in a LinkedIn post published Wednesday.
In this capacity, he will support the development of opportunities across business areas and help improve capture effectiveness and return on investment as part of the federal civilian division’s growth leadership team.
Prior to this position, he was head of enterprise capture and was responsible for GDIT’s growth and capture strategies, solution architectures and teaming relationships, according to his profile on the professional networking site.
He first joined GDIT in 2002 as head of programs and led business operations supporting large-scale programs during capture, proposal, pre-award and post-award execution for nearly a decade.
Internicola’s career included senior leadership roles at several companies, including Digicon, Phase One Consulting Group, SAVVIS Communications, Evolve Software and JBA.
