The U.S. Air Force veteran has 35 years of combined military and industry experience, having held leadership roles at companies including Parsons (NYSE: PSN), RTX (NYSE: RTX), General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), Fornax-AM said Thursday.
He previously served as board chairman at the National Cyber Security Alliance and a technical adviser to the Maryland Cyber Investment Partnership.
Fornax-AM also expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Michael Kauffman, former vice president of legal at Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL), as senior VP, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary.
Kauffman founded ClearWave Strategies, a provider of support services to the aerospace, defense and original equipment manufacturer communities, and held legal positions at Proteus Technologies, and General Dynamics’ mission systems division.
Ellen Lux, a former U.S. Air Force officer and a more than 20-year RTX veteran, also joined Fornax-AM as SVP, chief operating officer and assistant corporate treasurer.
