Pack said in a statement published Monday that she will work with the AIS Federal leadership team and board of directors to drive the company’s business growth strategy.
As part of AIS’ executive management team, Pack will also work to advance delivery of mission-focused offerings to government customers.
“The significance of this role required careful consideration and committed investment to properly scaling our team. Kim’s approach to serving government clients and her passion for caring for her employees perfectly aligns with the AIS culture,” said Larry Katzman, the CEO and president of AIS.
Pack brings over three decades of industry experience in business development and capture, transaction advisory, proposal, strategic planning and management consulting.
She most recently led Wolf Den Associates, a McLean, Virginia-headquartered strategy and management consulting firm acquired by Deep Water Point & Associates in March.
