Former WBB CFO Wayne Wilkinson Named Ace Info EVP, COO

Wayne Wilkinson, formerly chief financial officer at Whitney, Bradley and Brown, has joined Ace Info Solutions as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

He will be in charge of the Reston, Va.-headquartered firm™s business development and finance efforts, as well as the rest of its strategy and operations, Ace Info said.

Jay Challa, chairman and CEO of Ace Info, said Wilkinson will help drive strategic prioritization and accountability in the company, particularly in boosting the performance of operations.

During his five-year tenure at WBB as CFO, Wilkinson led all finance and business initiatives and oversaw the company™s merger with H.I.G. Capital in October 2017.

He also held various leadership roles at Nedac, Novetta, Six3 Systems‘ Harding Security Associates, CACI International‘s (NYSE: CACI) Athena Innovative Solutions, L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) and KEI Pearson.

Wilkinson received his bachelor™s degree in accounting from Virginia Tech™s Pamplin College of Business, as well as a master™s degree in business administration from Marymount University.
