Gingiss previously oversaw day-to-day operations for Virgin Orbit as its COO between 2021 and 2023. Before that, he served as CEO of an Airbus-OneWeb joint venture that develops satellite systems for the latter’s low-Earth orbit constellation.
His more than three-decade industry experience includes nearly 23 years of service at Boeing (NYSE: BA), where he managed satellite and space programs.
