Charles Anderson, formerly senior vice president of facility and logistics services at Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) and a retired U.S. Army major general, has been named president of PAE‘s technical services business.
PAE said Monday that Anderson will oversee the more than 6, 000-employee technical services unit and the organization’s portfolio of infrastructure and base operations, aviation, expeditionary logistics and test and training range services.
“[Anderson’s]Â leadership experience in active duty and private industry aligns perfectly to the current technical services business and the growth objectives we have established, ” said PAE CEOÂ John Heller.
“I am proud to welcome a leader with his credibility and stature to our team and look forward to working with [Anderson]Â to enhance and expand our portfolio.”
Anderson previously served as businesses area vice president and general manager at Exelis‘ mission systems division before it was spun out of Exelis into the independent company now known as Vectrus.
His 32-year military career includes time as commanding general of Division West at Fort Hood in Texas and deputy commanding general of the Third U.S. Army at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
