Former Leidos Director Simona Lovin Joins DSFederal as SVP of Operations

Simona Lovin, former director of operations and strategic initiatives at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has been appointed senior vice president of operations at data science and digital company DSFederal.

She will drive program performance and operations for the company’s mission and information technology portfolios in her new capacity, DSFederal said Thursday.

“Mission success on program delivery is foundational to business growth. Simona’s distinguished track record and experience in strategy and operations will help ensure that we deliver on our customers’ missions,” said Clement Chen, CEO of DSFederal.

At Leidos, Lovin managed programs with federal customers, including the Department of Health and Human Services and the National Institutes of Health.

Before that, she held leadership roles at Cognosante, PwC and General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business unit.
