Kris Lovejoy
Kris Lovejoy, former CEO of network security technology provider BluVector, has joined EY as global cybersecurity leader.
She succeeds Paul van Kessel, who is due to retire in June, and will oversee EYs cybersecurity operations and service offerings in her new position, the company said Wednesday.
Lovejoy previously served as president of Acuity Solutions, the former Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) subsidiary that established BluVector before the automated threat detection and cyber hunting technology business was acquired by private equity firm LLR Partners in January 2017.
Before Acuity, she held an eight-year career at IBM (NYSE: IBM) in roles that included chief information security officer and vice president of security strategy.
She also represented IBM at the Commerce Departments National Institute of Standards and Technology Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity.
