Michael Armbrecht
Michael Armbrecht, former chief financial officer of Israel Aerospace Industriess North American subsidiary, has joined Constellis as chief accounting officer at the Reston, Va.-based risk management and operational support services contractor.
He brings more than 25 years of financial and global team leadership experience to Constellis and will oversee its accounting strategy and functions in his new position, the company said Friday.
Armbrecht previously led ASRC Federal‘s government services business as a vice president and controller there.
He also held the CFO role within the defense aftermarket, helicopter and technical services units at Honeywell(NYSE: HON).
A certified public accountant, Armbrecht earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Northern Iowa and an M.B.A. degree from University of Chicago.
