Ken Georgi
Ken Georgi, formerly vice president and general manager of the civilian sector at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business, has been named chief operating officer at government technology services contractor Halfaker and Associates.
He brings more than two decades of operational. managerial accountability and profit-and-loss accounts management experience to his new position, Halfaker said Monday.
Georgi previously managed GDIT business operations that supported federal clients and acted as VP of healthcare solutions.
Before that, he worked as COO of Buccaneer Computer Systems and Service and led growth efforts within the firm’s healthcare quality systems unit.
His industry career also includes roles as a principal analyst at AT&T‘s (NYSE: T) global services business, a project manager and business analyst at MTL Services International and an IT director at CommerceOne.
Georgi served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer for 10 years.
