Bruce Dickey
Bruce Dickey, a former executive at General Dynamics' (NYSE: GD) information technology unit and retired U.S. Navy captain, has joined SBG Technology Solutions as vice president of national security services.
He brings more than three decades of military and industry experience to his new position and will oversee SBG’s projects in the defense, space and intelligence sectors, the company said Thursday.
Dickey previously led business development and capture efforts for the General Dynamics IT business, which he joined through its acquisition of CSRA in 2018.
Before he retired from the Navy in 2017, Dickey worked at the National Reconnaissance Office as director of communications architecture and systems engineering.
The military service commissioned him in 1989 and served as chief of staff for the space systems and national security space offices during his career there.
SBG is headquartered in Alexandria, Va., and offers IT modernization and governance, cybersecurity and general engineering support services to the government sector.
