Helen Soln, former senior director of proposal management at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology unit, was appointed as vice president of proposal operations at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), G2Xchange FedCiv reported Friday.
She brought to her new role almost a decade of experience in managing proposal departments for a number of government and Department of Defense contractors.
At General Dynamics Information Technology, Soln was responsible for driving proposal management processes and leading a team of managers who support proposals across the enterprise.
Her other previous roles include proposal director at BAE Systems‘ U.S. subsidiary, director of proposal management and development at Addx and business development manager at Louis Berger Group.
