David Rhodes
MCR Federal has appointed Dave Rhodes, former industry general manager for non-health civil agencies at CSRA(NYSE: CSRA), as vice president of civil programs.
MCR said Tuesday that Rhodes will manage the company’s operational support to civilian agencies and lead its civil portfolio expansion efforts.
Dave has a long history of providing world-class service to customers, “ MCR President Vince Kiernan said.
“His experience aligns perfectly with MCRs strategic direction.”
Rhodes previously managed Computer Sciences Corp.‘s Federal Aviation Administration account, FAA NextGen Programs portfolio and work with more than 20 federal civilian agencies.
He also oversaw more than 100 programs for the Treasury Department, Energy, Housing and Urban Development and Internal Revenue Service, NASA, Environment Protection Agency and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Before he joined the private sector, he was command combat pilot and a White House fellow as well as held several senior-level military positions.
