Caret, a five-time Wash100 Award winner, served as an executive vice president and a senior adviser to support the BDS leadership transition process until she retired from the aerospace and defense contractor in late 2022.
She is currently serving on the George W. Bush Institute’s Women’s Initiative Policy Advisory Council, the Kansas State University Foundation’s board of trustees and the United Service Organizations’ board of governors.
In addition, Caret is a board member at Deere & Company and the nonprofit FIRST organization.
