Robert Ferrell
Robert Ferrell, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant general, has joined World Wide Technology as vice president of federal strategy.
Bryan Thomas, VP of federal sales at WWT, said in a statement published Monday Ferrell will become a member of WWT™s federal leadership team and support the company in its innovation and execution efforts.
Ferrell is a 38-year military veteran who previously served as Army™s chief information officer responsible for the service branch™s command, control, communications and computers and information technology functions.
He also held the roles of commander of the Communications-Electronics Command and director of communications during his nearly four-decade career in the Army.
St. Louis, Missouri-based WWT is a government IT services contractor that holds spots on several contract vehicles such as the General Services Administration‘s Federal Supply Schedule and NASA™s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contracts.
