Forcepoint Federal has adopted the name Everfox as part of a rebranding effort that seeks to reflect its commitment to building and delivering defense-grade cybersecurity platforms to federal government customers.
“Everfox will continue to protect government, critical infrastructure and regulated industries against the most complex cyber challenges across the globe,” CEO Sean Berg said in a statement published Tuesday.
“We’re accelerating investment across our industry-leading solutions in cross domain, cyber threat protection and insider risk technologies; deepening our relationships with our customers and partners; and expanding our capabilities to protect even more of what matters most around the world,” he added.
Berg announced the appointment of four cybersecurity and technology industry veterans to Everfox’s leadership team:
Everfox will operate through its Herndon, Virginia-based headquarters and maintain its locations in Illinois, Texas, Utah and the U.K.
The company has also partnered with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) to deliver multilevel cloud desktop services and other related offerings to federal agency customers by integrating its cross-domain technology with Azure cloud services.
