FDH Aero, a supply chain services provider in the aerospace and defense market, has purchased interconnect and electromechanical product supplier BJG Electronics Group for an undisclosed amount.
Glenn Davidson, chairman and CEO of BJG, will serve as an adviser to support the integration while the current BJG team will continue to manage daily operations, FDH Aero said Thursday.
With the acquisition, FDH Aero will create new electrical and electronic components manufacturing business segment focused on the aerospace, defense and space industries.
Mitch Enright, president of Electro Enterprises, which FDH acquired in July 2022, will head the FDH Aero Electronic Products Group.
Kirkland & Ellis, Holland & Knight and Crowell & Moring provided legal advisory services to FDH in the transaction.
Houlihan Lokey acted as the exclusive financial adviser to BJG.
