The FBI has issued a solicitation for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract valued at up to $100 million for fixed and rotary wing aviation support.
According to the notice posted on SAM.gov, the contract will provide the bureau’s Critical Incident Support Group with field-level aviation and special mission equipment maintenance, training and administrative services to ensure that the agency aircraft fleet meets mission requirements.
The Aviation Maintenance and Support Services IDIQ has up to five years of ordering period, including four 12-month options. Work will be performed at various sites within and outside the continental United States.
The FBI has an Aviation Program that provides aviation capability to law enforcement groups. It supports the agency’s investigative, intelligence-gathering and law enforcement missions.
The Aviation Program’s aircraft fleet includes Bell 429, Sikorsky UH60M, Beechcraft King Air 350, Gulfstream G550, Pilatus PC-12 NGX and Cessna 182T, 206H and Caravan 208B.
Interested parties may submit their bids until Oct. 1.
