ES3, UDRI Secure Potential $277M USAF Landing System Engineering Contract Modification

The U.S. Air Force has awarded a potential $277M contract modification to Engineering and Software System Solutions and the University of Dayton Research Institute to continue providing engineering support for the service branch’s landing equipment.

The award increases the ceiling amount of the $96M Atlas 3 contract awarded in 2018, the Department of Defense said in a notice posted Thursday.

Work under the original contract includes mission support and other forms of engineering assistance to help the Air Force meet maintainability and sustainability as well as environmental health requirements.

The Air Force Sustainment Center will obligate funds upon issuance of each task order under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity mondification.

ES3 and UDRI are slated to conclude contract work by July 29, 2029.
