IntelliBridge is a McLean, Va.-based portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital and is focused on providing intelligence, cyber, cloud and digital support services to federal civilian, defense and intelligence agencies, the private investment firm said Thursday.
“The name IntelliBridge signifies an appreciation for each company’s separate legacies while reinforcing the breadth and depth of new capabilities and expertise that the combined company will bring to U.S. Federal customers,” saidCass Panciocco, president and CEO of IntelliBridge. “The combined business has the size, scale, and reach-back to accelerate complex, mission-critical national security and information-related programs.”
Jason Rigoli, a partner at Enlightenment Capital, said IntelliBridge is a mid-tier government contractor with over 600 personnel supporting national security missions.
