Raytheon also named Ed Fortunato, a former Orbital ATK executive, as VP of government relations.
Fortunato held a similar role at Orbital ATK, which Northrop acquired in June and rebranded as its innovation systems sector.
Before that, he led Honeywell Internationals (NYSE: HON) Washington operations and worked at the office of the U.S. Army secretary with oversight of legislative affairs.
Both Sullivan and Fortunato will report to John Harris, VP of business development and CEO of Raytheons international business.
