Sally Sullivan Sally Sullivan, a former CSRA executive, has joined Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) as vice president of U.S. business development.
Sullivan previously served as executive VP for the homeland security group at CSRA, which is now part of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) information technology business after the latter completed its purchase in April , Raytheon said Wednesday
She also held senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) and Bechtel National .
Ed Fortunato Raytheon also named Ed Fortunato, a former Orbital ATK executive, as VP of government relations.
Fortunato held a similar role at Orbital ATK, which Northrop acquired in June and rebranded as its innovation systems sector.
Before that, he led Honeywell International s (NYSE: HON) Washington operations and worked at the office of the U.S. Army secretary with oversight of legislative affairs.
Both Sullivan and Fortunato will report to John Harris , VP of business development and CEO of Raytheons international business.
