Ed Casey Named J&J Worldwide Services Executive Chairman; Doug Kollme Appointed CFO

Government services industry veterans Ed Casey and Doug Kollme have joined J&J Worldwide Services as executive chairman of the board and chief financial officer, respectively.

Casey, a previous Wash100 awardee will work with the company’s board of directors and executive management team to advance corporate strategy and execution efforts, J&J said Thursday.

He most recently served as CEO of Idemia’s North American business. Prior to Idemia, he worked at Serco Group as chief operating officer and acting CEO.

Kollme will serve as a member of J&J’s senior executive leadership team and oversee financial analysis and planning, accounting, contracts, program control, treasury and other functional areas related to the company’s financial performance.

He held CFO roles at several government services companies, including InfoZen, CVP and The Buffalo Group.

J&J CEO Steve Kelley said the experiences of Kollme and Casey as government services industry leaders will be key as the company continues its growth initiatives as a provider of preventative maintenance services to federal government facilities.

Other recent appointments at J&J include Norman Bishop, formerly head of global mergers and acquisitions at Cubic, as vice president of corporate development; Christopher Demers, former head of HR at Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL), Dell, Home Depot (NYSE: HD) and VMware (NYSE: VMW), as head of human resources; and Chris Holden, most recently VP of business development at PAE’s global mission services, as VP of business development.
