The Defense Information Systems Agency has posted a draft solicitation for a potential $116 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to address information technology requirements of the U.S. European Command and Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic.
A presolicitation notice posted Wednesday states that USEUCOM and NIWC Atlantic require engineering development, fabrication, installation, logistics, maintenance and life cycle support services in support of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and electronic security systems.
Task orders will include project management, requirements development, design, system software configuration, cybersecurity, construction security plan and system operation verification test.
The contract will have a one-year base period of performance and four option years. Work will occur at military facilities outside the continental U.S.
Interested parties can submit questions and comments regarding the procurement effort through May 22.
