The Department of Homeland Security seeks bids on a potential seven-year, $395 million contract for support services to a DHS facility that is built to monitor cyber threats and adversarial activities across the department’s enterprise.
DHS is looking for a contractor to help run its Security Operations Center and will accept proposals from interested vendors through May 13, according to a FedBizOpps solicitation notice published Friday.
The program will have a one-year base ordering period and an additional six one-year options.
A scope of work statement says a chosen contractor will support the following SOC functional areas:
Program Management and Control
Operations Services
Service Delivery Management
Architecture, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance
Cybersecurity Communications and Coordination
Acquisition Support
The contract also includes network monitoring, vulnerability assessment, security incident response, intelligence analysis and sharing and continuity of operations services.
