Deltek has agreed to acquire field management software provider ComputerEase for an undisclosed sum in an effort to expand its footprint in the construction industry.
The deal is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions, Deltek said Monday.
Mike Corkery, president and CEO of Deltek, said the acquisition will help the company advance initiatives in the construction sector, provide platforms for contractors and continue its focus on project-based businesses.
ComputerEase provides cloud-based and on-premise construction accounting, job costing, payroll management, project management and asset and fleet management software platforms. More than 6K contractors in North America implement the companys integrated construction software.
