Miklos Kiss
Miklos Kiss, a former program director at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and retired U.S. Air Force colonel, has joined Advanced Concepts and Technologies International as director of international programs at the Arlington, Virginia-based acquisition management services contractor.
ACT I said Tuesday Kiss oversees the company’s international business pursuit efforts and its security cooperation and administrative services contract in support of the Air Force’s 621st Contingency Response Wing.

“Mr. Kiss has over 24 years of international security cooperation experience and expertise in foreign military sales that includes service with DSCA and the Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, ” said ACT I CEO Michael Niggel.
Kiss managed a $6 billion security cooperation portfolio for NATO headquarters, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Belgium as country program director at DSCA.
He previously worked at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) as Egypt country director and Iraq deputy country director for Air Force international affairs as well as director of international aviation business development.
The Air Force veteran also led $4.1 billion in military cooperation programs as deputy director at the U.S. Africa Command.
Kiss also served as deputy division chief for the undersecretary of the Air Force for international affairs.
