Flowers served in the defense and space industry, where he held various leadership roles. He was involved in aircraft maintenance and served as a commander and logistics officer with top-secret sensitive compartmented information, or TS/SCI, clearance.

The LinTech VP previously served as special programs manager at System High Corp. for over six years. As a program management professional, he was mainly involved in the company’s supply chain risk management.
DOD Career
Before joining the private sector, Flowers worked at the F-35 Joint Program Office, an agency of the Department of Defense. He served as program manager for the F-35 training integrated product team, or IPT. He spent almost a decade with the U.S. Air Force, most recently as the officer in charge of the aircraft maintenance unit.
