David Cline, a 23-year Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) veteran, has joined General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) as vice president of strategic capture within its information technology business.
He announced his new position with GDIT on Monday in a LinkedIn post and most recently was capture management principal for Lockheed’s global business development and strategy.
His prior responsibilities at the Bethesda, Maryland-based aerospace and defense contractor encompass capture, program and business development management, strategic planning, and manufacturing and quality engineering.
Cline holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in finance and management from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business.
