Insights from data sets have the potential to help organizations in efforts to comply with the U.S. government’s information security requirements such as the Department of Defense Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification program, Federal News Network reported Monday.
DoD finalized its CMMC framework in late January as part of efforts to secure the defense industrial base from cyber threats and said it plans to incorporate the cybersecurity requirements into the contracting process beginning this fall.
