The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has released the final request for proposals for a potential five-year, $850 million contract for analytical and technical support services.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday says DARPA intends to award a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that has a base performance period of five years.
The Technical and Analytical Support Services IDIQ contract will cover several support areas such as technical, financial, administrative, acquisition, business affairs, business process, legislative affairs, general counsel and conferences.
The technical support area will include subject matter expert assistance, risk assessment, new program support, independent assessment, transition, budget, outreach and international support services.
The administrative support area will encompass documentation, briefing assistance, file management, graphics support and assistance related to the Small Business Innovative Research/Small Business Technology Transfer efforts.
Task orders under the TASS contract may extend for up to five years past the ordering period.
DARPA will accept questions about the final RFP on Jan. 17.
Responses to the solicitation are due Feb. 8, the agency noted.
